Much of the Arden brand dissonance came from the global network of Red Door Spas, which were operated by a separate corporate identity that licensed the Elizabeth Arden name.  By reaquiring a majority ownership stake in the spas, global marketing was able to re-establish the Red Door Spa's pivotal role in the brand, and redeploy a single brand identity.  CLIENT: Elizabeth Arden  DESIGNER: Kevin Roberson  CD: Jeff Huggins, Andrea Janetos
